What you can get from us
A comment before your deadline, in Croatian or English, citing the legislation wherever legislation exists.
We speak on cyber security, artificial intelligence and digital fraud. For topics governed by legislation we cite the article, so you can check it and quote it. For topics legislation does not cover, we say plainly that this is an assessment rather than a fact.
If your deadline is short, call us and we will say straight away whether we can make it. We would rather say no than send something rushed.
We do not comment on individual incidents at named companies or institutions while proceedings are running, and we do not assess anyone else’s liability.
If you need a background conversation that is not for quotation, that is possible too. Say so in advance, so there is no discussion afterwards about what may be published.

A written comment, a recording or a live interview. Every claim resting on legislation cites the article, and anything that is an assessment is labelled as one.
A check of the quote before publication
If the comment is shortened or paraphrased, please send us the final wording of the part that quotes us.

How quickly do you reply?

We do not comment on an incident at a named company or institution while proceedings are running, and we do not assess anyone else’s liability. We can explain what such an attack looks like, what the legislation requires and what any organisation in that position should do.Can we get a comment grounded in the legislation?
You can, and that is what we prefer to do. Every claim resting on the Act or the Regulation cites the article, so you can check it in the Official Gazette before publishing.Do you require approval of the quote?
We do not edit your text. We only ask that, if the comment is shortened or paraphrased, you send us the final wording of the part quoting us, so that nothing is attributed to us that we did not say.Do you come to the studio?
We do, and we can also join remotely. A studio appearance needs a little more notice than a written comment.Can we get a photograph and a biography?
You can, on request, usually within an hour. We send a high-resolution photograph, a short biography and a company description.Do you charge media for comments?
