What these terms cover

These terms govern the use of the riskoria.eu website and all its subpages, in Croatian and in English. The site is operated by Riskoria Advising & Professional Services d.o.o., Poljačka ulica 56, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, company tax number 84611853622. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Our products on other addresses, ZKS Copilot and HeartOSINT, have their own terms and their own contracts. These terms do not apply to them.

The content is not legal advice

The texts on this site describe rules and practice in general terms. They are not a legal opinion, not an audit and no substitute for advice on your case. Rules change, and the site shows the position as at the day of writing. Before you decide, check the text in force in the official gazette and seek advice if needed.

Figures, deadlines and interpretations on the site are written carefully and with their sources named, but responsibility for applying them to a particular organisation remains yours.

The chat on the site

The chat in the corner of the site gives rough answers and is there to help you get your bearings. Its answer is not legal advice, not an audit finding and not an offer. The answers are composed by a language model, which can be wrong or leave out something important, so check anything that matters with us.

Please do not type other people's personal data, business secrets or details of security weaknesses in your organisation into the chat. The conversation is logged and processed as described in the privacy policy. The number of answers in one conversation is limited, and the conversation closes after that.

The chat on this site is not ZKS Copilot. Copilot is a separate product, with its own access and its own terms.

Nothing on the site is a binding offer

Service descriptions, lists of steps and examples of deliverables are there for information. They are not an offer that binds us. Obligations on both sides arise only once the scope of work is agreed and a contract is signed.

Notices about new posts

Signing up for notices about new posts is voluntary, requires confirmation of the address and can be cancelled through the link in every message. The posts are free of charge and create no contractual relationship.

Copyright

The texts, marks, graphics and layout on the site belong to Riskoria, unless stated otherwise. The Riskoria, ZKS Copilot and HeartOSINT names and marks may not be used without our written permission.

You may quote and republish parts of the content with attribution and a link to the original page. Copying whole texts, reselling them or publishing them under another name is not allowed.

We expressly reserve the right to prohibit text and data mining of this site for developing or training artificial intelligence models. Such use requires our written permission.

The names of laws, the labels of measures and submeasures and parts of official documents are public material and are not ours.

Links to other sites

The site points to legislation, official documents and other sources. We have no control over their content and are not responsible for it, for their availability or for how they process your data. A link is not confirmation that we agree with everything written at that address.

How the site may be used

Use the site for information and to get in touch with us. Attempts at unauthorised access, loading the service with automated requests, getting around the limits of the chat and sending false details through the forms are not allowed. If that happens, we may restrict access.

If you find a security weakness on the site, tell us at info@riskoria.eu. We are grateful for every such message and we answer it.

Availability and limitation of liability

We work to keep the information accurate and current, but we are not liable for damage arising from reliance on the content without verification. The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or because of a fault, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

This limitation does not affect liability that cannot be excluded under the applicable law.

Data protection

What data we collect and why is set out in the privacy policy. What stays in your browser is set out in the cookie policy.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when the content or the workings of the site change. The version published on this page applies, and the date of the last change is on the left. This version applies from 5 August 2026.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Croatian law applies. Disputes arising from the use of the site fall to the competent court in Zagreb.
